BRIGHT is seeking dedicated and professional Driver/Crew Lead/ Event Installers to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Driver/Crew Lead/Event Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and pick-up of event rental items.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily delivery and pick-up schedules with the Operations Department and Dispatch Team.
- Provide excellent customer service on-site, ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
- Load and unload trucks on-site, handling products ranging from linens and china to greenery and furniture.
- Direct a crew of installers to meet client needs and ensure efficient setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Commercial Vehicle Driving experience with trucks up to 24’
- Previous Event Rental experience+
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills with team members and customers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak English & Spanish clearly
- Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
